Buying a house can be a exciting yet stressful time however, finding the right realtor makes the world of a difference. I had the pleasure of working with one of Wisconsin finest realtors, Timothy Ferguson. He assisted my family and I with purchasing a home in 2013 and in 2020.
His professionalism and knowledge took me by surprise, it was as if he was buying these properties for himself. He displayed the willingness to allow us ( the client) to have full control while being open and honest about any questions that arose. He guided us through the entire process while working late hours to accommodate our busy schedule.
Mr. Ferguson listened to our every concern and gave honest feedback. His negotiation skills were impeccable. Whenever there was doubt or fear he reassured us that everything would be just fine. We were in constant contact and he returned all calls in a timely fashion.
There is no doubt that I would highly recommend Timothy Ferguson to anyone in search of buying or selling a home. The question is, would I use Mr. Ferguson again? YOU BET I WOULD!!
